New Ordering & Pickup Process for US Customers

To our American family,

Due to the unpredictable nature of US import tariffs, we’ve updated our ordering process to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone involved. We are pleased to continue offering our premium Passages Pools  to US customers—now through a pickup-only model.

🛒 How It Works

  1. Place Your Order Online
    Visit our website and complete your purchase as usual. You will not be charged for shipping or tariffs.
  2. Arrange Your Own Shipping
    As the shipper and receiver, you will be responsible for:
    • Purchasing your own shipping label
    • Scheduling pickup from our warehouse:
      This ensures you have full control over your shipping method, carrier, and any associated import duties. We recommend using www.netparcel.com for shipping, as they often have discounted rates from top carriers.
    • Pickup Location
      All pickups must be arranged from our warehouse at:
      5013 53 Ave, Stony Plain, AB, Canada T7Z 1B9
    • Dimensions (per case):

  3. Send Us Your Details
    Once your order is placed, please email the following to pickup@passagespools.com:
    • Your order number
    • Your shipping label(s)
    • Pickup Date: please give us 48 hours notice, and pickup times are only available Monday to Friday.

  • HS Code for Customs Declaration:
    Our products fall under HS Code 9506.99
  • Tariffs & Duties:
    As the importer of record, you are responsible for any applicable US tariffs or duties. Your carrier will bill you separately for tariffs and brokerage fees when your order is processed at US Customs. Passages Pools is not liable for unpaid tariff bills or customs issues. Tariffs are a tax paid by you to the US government.
  • No Refunds After Pickup:
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, no refunds will be issued, including cases where shipments are refused due to unpaid tariffs.
