Terms & Conditions — Passages Pools

At Passages Pools, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policies carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales & Returns All sales are final once your order has left our warehouse. Passages Pools does not accept returns or issue refunds for shipped orders.

Warranty — Retail Customers If you purchased a pool directly from our website and discover a defect, please contact us with photos of the defect within 15 days of your purchase date. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will send you a replacement pool at no charge. Warranty claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

If you purchased your pool through a third-party retailer, please contact your place of purchase directly to request a replacement within the 15-day warranty period.

Warranty — Wholesale Customers For wholesale customers, the 15-day warranty period begins on the date your customer purchases the pool. If your customer discovers a defect, you are responsible for notifying us with photos of the defect and for managing the replacement with your customer. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will refund you for the cost of the pool and its proportional share of the original shipping cost. Warranty claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

Liability The purchaser acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with the purchase and use of our pools. Passages Pools and Passages Midwifery assume no liability for injury to persons or damage to property arising from the proper or improper use of our products. Completing payment on this website constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Shipping & Tariffs Orders under $800 will be shipped via Canada Post and USPS from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada. Orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Orders over $800 will ship via UPS.

Please be aware that the United States government currently requires all tariffs to be paid before goods enter the country. Tariffs will be collected at the time of sale. However, if tariff rates change between the time of purchase and the time your order is processed at the border, you will be responsible for any difference. Orders refused due to non-payment of tariffs will not be eligible for a refund.
