Warranty and Shipping Policies

At Passages Pools, your satisfaction is our top priority. Before finalizing your purchase, we kindly ask you to review our policies to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, Passages Pools are not refundable.

If you purchased a single pool from our website, and encounter any defects with the pool, please provide us with pictures of the defect within 15 days of your purchase. Once we are able to confirm the defect, we will send you a replacement pool. After this 15 day period is over, replacements will not be offered.

For wholesale customers, our 15 day warranty period begins when the pool is purchased by your customer. If your customer discovers a defect in their pool, you will be responsible for replacing the pool for your customer, and notifying us of the defect with photos. Once the defect is confirmed, we will refund you for the pool and its portion of the original shipping cost. After this 15 day period is over, refunds will not be offered.

The purchaser acknowledges and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the purchase and use of our pools. Passages Pools and Passages Midwifery assume no liability for damages to persons or property resulting from the proper or improper use of the pools. Completing payment on this website constitutes your agreement to these terms.

For shipping, we most often use trusted shipping companies like UPS and Purolator. It usually takes about 5-10 business days to reach most urban areas, but note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Remember to input the correct shipping address to avoid any address correction charges imposed by the carriers. 

Orders will ship within 3 business days from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada. Orders may be subject to import tariffs set by the US Government and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders that are refused or returned with unpaid tariffs will not be refunded.
